Just wanted to say THANK YOU. I will NOT go anywhere else for my Ford factory parts except Noble due to your excellent customer service. Joel helped me this morning and went way above and beyond in helping find the parts I needed for a customers car. WOW, I am very appreciative, thank you Joel. This is what good customer service is all about. I have been in the automotive repair business for over 35 years and I have seen customer service decline and it is good to see someone still gets it. Again, thank you Joel! Jose P.S.- I'm the mechanic working on the vehicle he helped us with today. I have done this for 9 years and I have to agree with Jose, I have never seen someone from a dealership go so far above with something like this. They Go Beyond Customer Service to Provide Satisfaction...

I never have a complaint about this dealership. They go beyond customer service to provide satisfaction in purchasing a vehicle. Servicing is always good also. They explain to the detail if something is wrong, suggest when changes need done. Overall this is the best dealership in the area, better than Des Moines.

Noble Ford associates Tim, Dan Fox, and Damian were extremely outstanding and committed to helping us get a vehicle. Our situation was far from the norm. We could not get into the facility so they brouht the vehicle that we wanted to look at out to our home. Once we agreed on a deal, they even brought out the paperwork for us to sign. Everyone was just awesome given our circumstances and we are truly grateful that there is a company out there so willing to help their customers. My parents always bought from Noble and now they have our business. Thank you!

Berry Webb was my sales person. His personality is great he was serious we needed to be and made me laugh when I needed to!! He was very prompt when we arrived and took the time to locate the vehicle I came to look at as it was at your dealership in Newton. He had it brought to The dealership within a couple hours. Tim the finance manager was very friendly and was able to meet my demands, and I was able to drive away in my truck!!

We bought 2 new cars in 2014. I have used the quick lane and it is very fast and courteous. I did have an engineering problem with the 2014 focus. I took it to Ed in the service department. He didnt play any games and took ownership of the problem from the getgo. He told me when the new parts would be in and he was right on the money. He gave a wide variety of times to fit my schedule, He provided me with a nice loaner and i only had to replace the gas that i used and my car was ready for pick-up exactly when Ed said it would me done.

I would not have gone to the dealership to begin with if it had not been for Danielle who gave a great first impression in answering the phone when I called - including listening to my questions and calling me back with answers in ten minutes. Stephen Shey (sp?) was a great young man to work with in sales and I would highly recommend him. I knew what I was looking for in a used car, and they had what fit perfectly for me. Also appreciated detailed work with Tim in finance, and Jordan as Sales Manager coming over to say thanks and our visit about faith and family after the sale.

Shopping and "dealing" for a new car or truck is never a fun process at least not for me. However, the sales and management staff at Noble Ford in Indianola made it a tolerable process and somewhat "painless." After looking at the truck inventory on the lot I walked into a clean showroom and service area. My salesperson was knowledgeable, polite, and I think most important he was honest and fair with me. I am continuing to research my truck model through Consumer Report and have been pleased with the comparisons and data that has been published about the F150 Eco-boost system. I look forward to a long and satisfied ownership of my new 2016 Ford F150.

I live in Des Moines and have bought several vehicles from both locations. I am not usually one to fill out requests for feedback, but just had to this time. These people at Noble are HANDS DOWN the best people in this business. Their prices are better than anyone in Des Moines, the way they treat people is way better and I always am greeted with a smile and handshake whenever I enter one of their stores. Love these guys!

My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the Ford truck product and was able to answer all questions. He treated me with respect and was fair and honest with me. Usually the new truck-buying experience can be slow and somewhat "painful" but the process at Noble Ford went smoothly with no glitches.

I have a 2006 Equinox that is having heater problems. I received a letter from GM telling me that I they had extended the warranty period for this problem. It finally broke this weekend, and I had looked up the problem on line and knew what was going on with my car. I live in Knoxville and called my local Chevy dealer, and they didn't know anything about the problem or the extended warranty. I called your service dept. and talked to Nathan, he was very helpful and knew what I was talking about. He even looked into it for me and found the warranty extension. I could not believe the difference in service from one dealer to the next. I know that you usually only hear about problems, but I just wanted to thank you for having such a good service department. Thanks Larry

Whenever I need service on my car, I'm always nervous about taking it to someplace new. However, my experience at Noble All American changed my mind and I can say that I will never be taking my car elsewhere. I needed an oil change, but noticed it was making a weird noise a few days earlier. I took it in, not knowing much about cars, and Nathan in the service department was so helpful! He explained to me what they found to be the problem and basically walked me through the steps to fix it, making me feel like they really care about their customers and want to make it the best experience possible for them. I can definitely say that my experience was second to none and as long as I'm within the area, I will always be taking my car to Noble.

I have never had better service from a dealership! They helped me out very slowly and steadily and at my pace. They were never pushy like more dealerships are!
